Great benefits, plenty of personal/vacation time, personable enough to get to know many people and job security.

New employee training is non-existent. Growing so fast this can create a potential issue. Structure is needed as well. They have recently recognized this and working hard to change that.

C-Suite. - Despite good-faith efforts to improve the dynamic, the environment became tense enough that I felt hesitant to, for example, fully use approved leave or personal time, or raise concerns internally for fear of manager retaliation. - Despite directly informing the U.S. Saab, Inc.
