This is the least professional environment I have worked in, characterized by intense political maneuvering, high competition between departments, and a complete lack of accountability.

- I respect the CEO. He knows what he's doing and deserves his position. - Stable company. You won't get fired out of nowhere.

- About 80% of employees are from one city in India. That says a lot about the hiring culture. - Every department only looks out for itself. No one works like they're part of the same company, and if someone fails at delivery, others will be very happy lol. - When a project fails, the higher-ups cover for each other and blame falls on those outside their circle.
