      Almost no pros; other than the fairly high compensation package

      Cons

      I experienced almost daily verbal and emotional abuse from the top-tier managers. Lots of politics. CEO doesn't know how to plan very well and then blames team members for "not performing" when things go wrong. Absolutely horrible place to work at. Don't trust the smiles.

      Do not invest in hiring the right candidate for right roles Extremely difficult to grow in career Do not have any skill upgradation plan and bench mark for existing employees Do not believe in internal promotions Mid term reviews are a joke Salary band is a joke Not the best org structure No transparency Struggle to onboard and align employees into the company vision Weak Strategy A good number of people in senior roles do not encourage transparence as they are no confident about their own competence

      - Internal politics - Fights among managers - Preference and priority for relatives and friends of higher management -confused managers - Managers with no industrustial experience
