Can get busy with long hours and if you have the wrong manager it can get pretty difficult

The team, except for the CEO, is made up of amazing, wholesome people. They deserve better.

The CEO is a nightmare to work with, very unprofessional, and an anxious mess. I worked there for a short time, and I am still recovering. I would get 6 a.m. calls with work for a 9 a.m. deadline. For things like a logo design or a PowerPoint presentation without any copy or content. The crazy part is that she would try to cast the blame on you for not being able to get it done because she didn’t have the time to give you the information you needed to get it done. I got paid late and eventually got ghosted once I did work that clients were happy with. There's no structure and everything, as to run to someone who seems to have a hard time with the most basic things.
