I’ve had the opportunity to work across multiple contracts, learn new platforms, and gain valuable experience working for and collaborating with higher-level government professionals. Leadership encourages employees to present solutions and take initiative, which has helped me grow professionally and feel trusted in my role. It’s a professional, human-first organization made up of people who consistently show up for one another.
Cons
If you don't like working remotely, that would be a con; but I find remote work more flexible for my life. Although, the people are so great it's bitter-sweet we can't spend more time together.
