Pros

Remote first. Resume building projects.

Cons

Low balls people coming out of government jobs (i.e., teachers). Expect to work nights and weekends and to be poorly managed. Gets people on after winning contracts and there is a continual sense of urgency. Understaffs projects. Turnover rate high (notice people who have moved on struggle to get back on their feet and job postings are nonstop).

Pros

- Fully remote company - The culture here supportive, collaborative, and filled with people who genuinely want to help each other succeed - Leadership team leads with heart. The CEO personally interviews every candidate who they are potentially hiring which shows how much they care about building the right team - The company is filled with mission‑driven, passionate people who love what they do. It’s uplifting to be surrounded by so many hardworking, like‑minded individuals who believe deeply in Safal’s purpose and the mission-driven work we support

Cons

Vacation time and holiday offerings could be stronger, especially compared to some industry standards. That said, the fully remote environment provides a lot of flexibility. As long as you communicate well and deliver your work on time, you’re in a solid position.
