Pros
I love working for a company that honestly values it's employees, because it is hard to find these days. There are free snack, sodas, coffee, etc here in the office at unlimited supply. Everyone in the office is so easy to work with because they make it a enjoyable work day, everyday! I get the support from my direct manager that helps me quickly progress and grow in my new role, which I am so thankful for. It is definitely a work hard play hard environment. We can have fun and get work done at the same time. Since Safe and Sound Security has been in business for 10 years, they know what they're doing, how to do it and be successful. I have learned so many great life lessons while working here that I was not able to learn in school. I am thankful and grateful for the opportunity that Safe and Sound Security has given me over the last 3 years. Could not ask for a better, boss, co-workers and owner. LOVE THE PEOPLE, LOVE THE COMPANY!
Cons
Because the office crew gets along so well and we are all so social, sometimes it is easy to get sidetracked. But, at the end of the day we always get our work done. Some days are harder than others ;)
