Pros
The people who you work along with makes the shift enjoyable. It is a good thing to have a union for the work as well as minimum hours.
Cons
Inconsistent scheduling of covers, having need to deal with angry customers who complained about not opening on time. Not listening to employee inputs or suggestions to better the work environment.
