Entry level experience, union benefits, 401k plan, easy to move up the food chain (constant employees quitting) great customers when you get to know them
Cons
Management team is horrible, never on the sales floor Demand from 3 employees to do everything in the store Low pay even with minimum wage going up. Customers get what they want which is annoying
