      Pros

      Union shop. Guaranteed work. Dedicated workforce. Central location. Good products. Three shifts to accommodate all work hours. Great maintenance staff.

      Cons

      Management was all a result of nepotism, and the whole Bakery was mismanaged. Numerous great employees fired by supervisors who had and held grudges.

      Friendly and helpful colleagues, weekly pay and flexible schedule

      Cons

      When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
