      Nice Benefit packages for employees

      Cons

      Management can be too distant from the workforce. Larger organizations suffer from losing a personal touch with their staff. Albertsons / Safeway treats their staff like a number, and unless you are a part of the Original Safeway team from 1995 and older then it is very tough to break into the click. Since the Albertsons acquisition this click has gotten even more exclusive

      Friendly and helpful colleagues, weekly pay and flexible schedule

      Cons

      When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
