Pros
Decent environment, helpful coworkers, high mobility of employment, Uniforms were free (in my case), food to eat during breaktime is conveniently right there.
Cons
The wages are a notch above minimum...before you factor in union dues. Union dues are ridiculous and poorly allocated, management treats workers as numbers. They have draconian work schedules, workers are corrupt at every level.
