      it has been steady work never laid off

      Cons

      always cutting employees hours, can work a variety of shifts in a single week, takes long time to become a journeyman and get pay raises. and the few that do get hours have been there forever. then they want to send you home early to cut hours.

      Fun job for some exercise, and possibly shopping for yourself

      Expectations are constantly increasing, management often doesn’t understand the needs for the department
