Pros

The team can be very nice to work with and have made some good friends. Some customers are pleasant to deal with and there is a level of job satisfaction in relation to customer service

Cons

Poor Management, the schedule is made 3 weeks in advanced and they insist you have to give them adequate notice for a shift swap but will change or remove shifts with a day's notice. The pay is very low for the amount of work expected to do. When curious to climb the ladder and explore other roles, met with a lot of negativity and discouragement

Pros

Friendly and helpful colleagues, weekly pay and flexible schedule

Cons

When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
