Pros
The only reason I worked here for so long was the free healthcare. And it was good too, blue cross blue shield. After 4 years it increased to $10 but that covered me and my child. It was great.
Cons
Horrible management, they want work to be your top priority so forget family and college if you're trying to better yourself. And once your topped out, if you won't accept a higher position for the same pay, they'll do anything they can to make you quit. They are also terrible about giving days off, especially Sundays for those of us who go to church.
