      Pros

      Flexible hours for students. Secure job. Advancement opportunities into supervisor level. There are definetily some good people working there. Union Job.

      Cons

      Difficult to advance into store management. Long hours. Always on call essentially. Good workers get more work and less freedom while bad workers are given all advantages.
