- Great place to build up product engineer experience, interesting area of work with lots of room to try things. Blends B2B, B2B2C & B2C which are not always available to get exposure to in a single place. - Work helps people and charities in genuine ways. - Interesting technology to learn, takes data security more seriously than other companies. System strategy is still being developed allowing for a lot of say on what gets used. - Some really lovely people to work with and a new office. Fixes a lot of the old problems noted about office resources. - Hybrid work is supported.

- Some technical decisions made early ended up degrading the developer experience. There are attempts to work past this but some are core decisions. - Company culture is still in infancy, Tech sometimes feels a little disconnected from the rest of the business. - Can be too many things in flight at a given time, making for some stressful periods. - Deals with traditional scale up issues.
