Pros
The overall Learning is good as a fresher in logistics sector. The HR Department is also very good. Infrastructure wise it's fine. Training is also good.
Cons
If you are highly educated, then this is not the company for you. Work-culture is really bad. People just work over there but not in a systematic way. Salary structure is also really pathetic. If you are working in the head-office then somehow you can sustain but if you are at the location then it's just like a jail. Far from city, no holidays even no diwali no public holidays, 12 hrs work, hectic mess culture, bunch of uneducated people.
