      Ample of learning opportunities. Diversified customer base. Stable job. Good management. Company will motivate u to push further yourself to achieve desired goal. Strong operation.

      Cons

      Decision making process delay. Less salary. IT facilities out dated. Not system friendly. Little bit political. Not that much cons are there.

      Pros

      The overall Learning is good as a fresher in logistics sector. The HR Department is also very good. Infrastructure wise it's fine. Training is also good.

      Cons

      If you are highly educated, then this is not the company for you. Work-culture is really bad. People just work over there but not in a systematic way. Salary structure is also really pathetic. If you are working in the head-office then somehow you can sustain but if you are at the location then it's just like a jail. Far from city, no holidays even no diwali no public holidays, 12 hrs work, hectic mess culture, bunch of uneducated people.

      Being a management trainee, working in a warehouse * Good learning * Get a chance to work in different departments * Good place to start career and learn

      Cons

      * Warehouse work hours are 12hrs shift, 6 days working, Day & Night shifts one day weekly off (most probably not Sunday) * Hell lot of pressure * Poor care towards employees * Very poor worklife balance
