Relaxed work environment. Good experience as intern.

Contractors have a better shot of getting hired or converting to a perm role than external candidates.

Toxic work environment, a lot of gossiping and negativity. They reward hard work with more work and rarely like to give pay raises. Prefer to have everyone onsite but they have an open sitting floor concept which means it is always loud and noisy. It makes it difficult to have meetings or calls. No accountability with higher ups or HR. There have been instances of work violence and physical retaliation from ex workers. Parking situation is terrible.
