      Pros

      Flex time, nice coworkers and manager.

      Cons

      For Safran Cabin in the Western U.S., the future is not clear. Upper mgmt. is in France and have no loyalty to American workers. Tons of work moved to Mexico. Executives in France do not flow down clearly what are Cabin's goals, objectives or future look like. Its very disappointing for those who are putting forth substantial effort to ensure the company's success.

      The people and commute. That's about it.

      Cons

      It was great when I first started in the late 2000s. When Zodiac took over it went down the tubes. It got worse when Safran bought out Zodiac if you can believe it. Maybe because they are both French companies. They definitely don't respect Americans. Overworked, underpaid and no appreciation. I'm glad to say I finally escaped!

      None, honestly not even Money. They don’t pay well

      The whole job is a joke. No QOP’S. No WI’S. Just the following phase Parroted by management “ what does the spec say”. Its a rudderless ship that should not be AS9100 certified
