not much of good things here

a.work is not challenging b.aturday is working(alternate) c.top management is not inclusive, they consider that they know everything. Only a few handful have tech understanding but are always overruled d.remunerations are normal, not so great e.work culture is very very bad, they don't respect anyone f.CEO need to trust team more g.outside consultants from US and people with business background decide on what needs to be done h.bad office space

You will learn random things which might and might not be related to your work profile

No proper directions. Arrogant management. Among the co-founders ,no body has any clue of the work that they call data science. No employee stays in the company for more than 6 months,still the bossy and arrogant behavior has not changed.All that any employee will do is hard coding. Not a place to learn. They will expect you to work on weekends., sit till late in the office,work after going home and still blame you for things that you have no clue about. Precisely because this so called technology company has no Technical person.Previously all those who had joined left within few months. They entice people to join them by showing their MBA degrees.But after working with them one can easily understand that they are not worth it and that they are biggest disappointments. CEO and CFO are biggest waste and most arrogant. They look for needy people to join them for no hike,and then behave as if they are their God Fathers. They have no clue about what work is going on and of course do nothing at all except irritating people by pin pointing who had tea breaks how many times,who ate their Maggi and who ate their biscuits.
