Pros

Encashing on previously earned name and fame, have influencing connections. Yes. They are providing health insurance. They know you will certainly need!!! Good at Playing power game.

Cons

No Vision, No Ethics Perfect example of a Bad Company. A excellent example of how not to run a startup !!! In just 1 year of existence, more than a dozen people have already left, including 3 high calibre CTOs, Data Scientists, Architects and Developers. They have also forced few people to leave the company since its inception including business analysts, data scientist, developers. Bad HR Policies (1 leave per month for initial 12 months. i.e., 12 leaves per year) If you take more leaves, they deduct money not just from your basic pay, but from each component, just like daily labour.) Totally negative ambience on the floor, they will note down how many times you received a call, how many times you went for tea break and so on. Saturday working, they also expect you to work even on Sundays. In a technology company, there are more managers than actual technology person. No Data Science or machine learning related work, they are just trying to seek attention and make fool to the clients. Nonsense and brutal CEO, a perfect Boss Hole, CFO and Bad Product Manager, Bad Technology head, who hardly know about technology. Ubuntu was a new term for them, 2016 !!! and have opened a so called data science company!!! No planning, bad project management skills, no clue of time, project or technology manage project deadlines and speak filthy languages. A day cannot get completed without listening abusive languages, in any case, they treat you like a labour, as if we don’t have any dignity. They consider themselves like a GOD, who has got all rights to play with your career They have started forcing employees/interns to give good feedback on Glassdoor, without which they don’t issue certificates. Better to be jobless than joining this team. They make false promises, no growth opportunity, you will gain only torturous experience and may result in depression as well. Dirty single toilets and wash basin. You have to queue for peeing !!!

Pros

1- There are a few good people who are incapable of doing anything because the senior management sucks big time.

Cons

Okay let me explain this in details to help the people who are looking to join this organisation - 1- Building might collapse anytime soon. Senior management believes in raising money and taking it all home and treating every employee like a slave. If you are in a room with them for even a minute (and you are smart enough to observe), it's not hard for you to see their opinion about engineers. Lifts don't work half of the times and the office is on 6th floor (terrace) and the ACs might not even work properly sometimes. 2- No work life balance- you might be expected to work on weekends and even from home after office hours in weekdays 3- No trust in the team - there is only one office boy ( read "spy" ) who will share information like how many times you got up from seat, did you attend calls during office, if you made yourself a tea/coffee ( oh yeah! on that note- Cups are hidden deliberately , snacks is mentioned even on their hiring platforms but there would be no snacks. okay no big deal right? not even complaining about it so far but hear more - office boy behaves like he is the CEO, misbehaves with employees, you might even be taunted if you ask for water ). Which reflects the thinking of senior management. There might be people in the senior management who are good for nothing, have obsolete thinking and will even comment on you if they see you making yourself a tea. 4- Low IQ people- Just because of glassdoor reviews, people have been reluctant in joining this organisation so they hire anyone they can get their hands on. You might have to work with people who have no idea what technology is. 5- In a meeting, CEO made a joke about "Ubuntu" saying what kind of a silly name it is having no idea about what it actually is. Need i say more ? 6- Don't even dare to take 2 tea bags 7 - Lunch is provided. but you might prefer to die of hunger. Not kidding! 8- IT IS NOT A PRODUCT COMPANY. you will do anything as the client says, even if it means repeating your work a hundred times. 10 - You might be put into tasks you have no idea about and there goes your career! 11- You might literally be abused infront of the whole company. 12- You might be judged for anything and made fun of ,even humiliated. 13- Don't be a girl if you want to join here. 14- Machine learning etc etc words are just thrown around with no actual work being done. 15- No space. There are 20+ people in a space of 10 people and sometimes people get upto 30 and your neighbour might just be a person who has no idea about privacy. Ceo believes that the place will be able to accomodate more than 35 people. yeah because he has a different cabin on a different floor. 16- Nothing about this work place will ever motivate you - you might see the CEO once in a week making random jokes, that's it.
