Pros

Great work life balance Motivating team Excellent autonomy and new ideas are always welcomed It is a very collaborative environment and everybody works together as a team, despite all the changes it seems to be an exciting time to join and have the opportunity to get involved in so many things outside of your current role such as social media projects, getting involved in careers site creation. The company also offers 5 CSR days to help out with a charity of choice.

Cons

sometimes some processes aren't aligned, however this will change.

Thanks for taking time to write a review about Sage. We agree with you that collaboration now intuitively happens at Sage - it's great to see that our CEO's desire to "smash silos" has become a reality. We are an innovative bunch - new ideas are always welcomed and are acted upon. Yes, you're right, we still have work to do in the area of aligning processes and steps are being taken to address this. Thanks again for writing a review.

Pros

was hired as remote and get to have that honored, but have been openly told no career progression because of remote status. decent pay

Cons

Leadership instability: Seven manager changes during my relatively short tenure. Unrealistic targets: A sales quota set at 1,100% growth (not a typo). Slow product development: Getting anything actioned on the product side takes far too long. Product management turnover: Three product manager changes, resulting in no meaningful deliverables in over three years. Misaligned hiring priorities: Greater emphasis on DEI optics than on hiring people positioned to drive growth. Internal vs. customer focus: More energy spent on internal events than on product enhancements. Lack of accountability (the biggest issue): No one takes ownership. Responsibility gets passed around constantly — for example, client cancellations going unprocessed because they impact someone's numbers. Managers have openly encouraged pushing the work onto someone else rather than handling it.
