Pros

They try to look cool and post all videos of CEO and CPO but trust me inside they are full of politics

Cons

if you are not close to the manager you will never get progression. most of the internal jobs are posted after discussing with the potential employee. they don't bother to tell others about the new job . i wiated for months and then saw my teammate getting a new job title without any information. disgusting.

Thank you for your review; we appreciate your feedback and take your points seriously. Colleague career development is a top priority at Sage, and a subject that we regularly receive feedback on in our regular employee satisfaction surveys. Fairness and transparency are core values at Sage and sit at the heart of our recruitment processes. We are working hard to provide even better visibility and accessibility to all colleague development opportunities (securing a new role, accessing personal development training, or even taking up new project opportunities). We always strive to be better, and your feedback helps us understand where to focus our efforts.

Pros

was hired as remote and get to have that honored, but have been openly told no career progression because of remote status. decent pay

Cons

Leadership instability: Seven manager changes during my relatively short tenure. Unrealistic targets: A sales quota set at 1,100% growth (not a typo). Slow product development: Getting anything actioned on the product side takes far too long. Product management turnover: Three product manager changes, resulting in no meaningful deliverables in over three years. Misaligned hiring priorities: Greater emphasis on DEI optics than on hiring people positioned to drive growth. Internal vs. customer focus: More energy spent on internal events than on product enhancements. Lack of accountability (the biggest issue): No one takes ownership. Responsibility gets passed around constantly — for example, client cancellations going unprocessed because they impact someone's numbers. Managers have openly encouraged pushing the work onto someone else rather than handling it.
