Pros

- Great culture - Good benefits

Cons

- Lack of support from the management team and everything is rebranded again so nothing was in line - No proper training except for a training program that is not fully built - It worst experience ever, was in my 2nd month of working here, finish training and everything based on guidelines suddenly was pulled into a teams call while doing my training and got terminated RIGHT AWAY without any heads-up, no guiding or verbal warning before, they blame it on my English communication skills which is something really ridiculous and if someone not passing that requirement on the first stage, they won't hiring them either - I think now it all makes sense why their probation time is 6 months and when I join the company, the whole team is new, and the most senior one in the role is 1 year of working experience. Besides great culture and benefits, I will recommend staying away from them if you don't want to waste your time like me and have work trauma like this when they just suddenly terminate you right on the spot just because you are not a native English speaker.

Pros

Work life balance is the strongest attribute at Sage. Family matters and mental stablity is supported. Top notch benefits.

Cons

Departments with mixed roles of similar tasks, yet separate teams without collaboration.

Pros

was hired as remote and get to have that honored, but have been openly told no career progression because of remote status. decent pay

Cons

Leadership instability: Seven manager changes during my relatively short tenure. Unrealistic targets: A sales quota set at 1,100% growth (not a typo). Slow product development: Getting anything actioned on the product side takes far too long. Product management turnover: Three product manager changes, resulting in no meaningful deliverables in over three years. Misaligned hiring priorities: Greater emphasis on DEI optics than on hiring people positioned to drive growth. Internal vs. customer focus: More energy spent on internal events than on product enhancements. Lack of accountability (the biggest issue): No one takes ownership. Responsibility gets passed around constantly — for example, client cancellations going unprocessed because they impact someone's numbers. Managers have openly encouraged pushing the work onto someone else rather than handling it.
