Pros

1. Company and its policies are good, 2. Get the salary before end of the month (like 26/27th of the month)

Cons

1.People in HR in India office are useless , they don't have any role and responsibility towards employee. 2. Manger they are taking their revenge from employee. First they won't give to opportunity to show your capabilities and then blame you didn't did anything new. They only support onshore employee and give work to them. 2. Toxic environment , everyone in team do the politics and try to pin point each and every thing to the manager like it is school. 3. people are good on your face and do backbiting on your back. 4. Non supportive environment. 5. My worst experience in my last 10 year of the carrier. I won't suggest anyone to join this company.

Pros

was hired as remote and get to have that honored, but have been openly told no career progression because of remote status. decent pay

Cons

Leadership instability: Seven manager changes during my relatively short tenure. Unrealistic targets: A sales quota set at 1,100% growth (not a typo). Slow product development: Getting anything actioned on the product side takes far too long. Product management turnover: Three product manager changes, resulting in no meaningful deliverables in over three years. Misaligned hiring priorities: Greater emphasis on DEI optics than on hiring people positioned to drive growth. Internal vs. customer focus: More energy spent on internal events than on product enhancements. Lack of accountability (the biggest issue): No one takes ownership. Responsibility gets passed around constantly — for example, client cancellations going unprocessed because they impact someone's numbers. Managers have openly encouraged pushing the work onto someone else rather than handling it.
