Pros
-The smaller the team at SAGE, the better in my opinion. My team was pretty small and very collaborative. -Really working to be for the employees, which is wonderful to see- great health care, vacation policies, DEI initiatives, and wellness benefits.
Cons
-Sometimes too top/down, which can make it hard for employees to have a voice. -Sometimes too slow in terms of the change they desire to make.
