      Pros

      Working with students and families is very rewarding. As an integral member of a small team, you wear many hats and learn a lot.

      Cons

      Poor management, unprofessional, high employee turnover, difficult to make forward progress as there is no concrete vision for the future. Lack of quality infrastructure. Not enough tutor support and professional development.

      Great atmosphere and staff as well as culture. Easy to take time off.

      - flexible hours - kind students and parents - occasional perks

      Cons

      - misleading hiring practice. you're told that you will be full-time, but you will never actually achieve that through your tutoring hours. you're told that you will make between $30-40 an hour, but they will only pay you minimum wage for several of your hours under the justification of "admin time." - antiquated relic of an office that makes you feel like you're back in 2010, aka: the peak of Sage - one of the CEOs has an entirely separate business but will use Sage space to store her belongings
