Cons
Vet employees has been cast aside and fired since new management came on board. Zero loyalty to the ones who put in work over the years and are always looking for more ways to push all the vet employees out. New hires are making more coming in and being promoted 3 times before vet employee gets one solid promotion. You are stuck doing the same job for years with no appreciation and blocked from moving into anything else. Small company with zero growth potential. They just create new job title to fill what the CEO needs. Favoritism from the CEO as his "rockstar" if you are new and have a certain background. Push core values down your throat that they don't follow themselves but want to judge you endlessly on it. Pushes transparency but hires new people in secret. Management doesn't trust you to do your job. They have to double check everything that you do. People have left 7 months to a year after they have been hired because you are always under watch and not trusted to do what you are hired for. They must have control of everything. Endless meetings to go through what you are doing daily. Unnecessary stress when management or executives don't get what they want.
