1)Structured - has process and procedure for most tasked 2) Good and smart people at non executive level 3) Work is a lot, but can be planned out and expectations are understood 4) Good PTO and benefits, can actually take time off and not worry when gone. 5) CEO is passionate and approachable

1) Pay is under market and raises/bonus is underwhelming 2) HR is for company’s interest only 3) CFO is cold and looks down on people. 4) Very little transparency, everything is done in secret and not shared across the company. 5) Culture has shifted greatly as they have let many go/had a toxic environment for a long period of time but appears to be changing 6) Room for growth is slim and employees who stay are not compensated well, yet funds are instead spent on experimental ideas and technology. 7) Cost savings are always on the mind and pressure/workload is ever increasing with no incentives
