Pros

Flat structure- There is so much exposure across all functions and levels of the business. Decisions are made transparently taking into account the views of employees. There is a mindset that you always make time for all members of the team despite their level. learning and development- There are constant internal enablement tools/courses/efforts that allow you to grow your knowledge in the Martech space but as well the platform. I knew nothing about ESPs before starting but had all the tools I need to ramp up. Personal Growth- The company supplies you with a fund to use on any activities even non-work related that allow you to "grow" as an individual. I personally am interested in fitness, so I bought a bunch of classes at Studios around London as well a meditation course. They really do care- I've watched people face tough personal issues, whilst being here, and there is always support from the team to take the time you need. Support but as well Freedom to experiment and try new tactics. Innovation is encouraged. Structure- Sailthru functions like a startup where things move fast but in terms of HR and structure it functions as an established corporation. Travel- travel to HQ in NYC

Cons

Small tight team in the UK- not necessarily a negative as you work closely with US team. Marketing Automation is a crowded market, and everyone in the market uses the same language to describe themselves. This makes it a tough sales role, but forces you to be creative. (Sailthru does give you the budget to do this).
