Complacent and lazy management - F & B Associate Saint Kate Employee Review

Aggressive top down issues from corporate and upper management. F&B director has zero interest in food and beverage, has a very hands off approach to management. Does not lead by example nor do they foster personal growth. F&B outlet director is alcoholic who leaves early most days to "work from home", but ends up drinking at the vault everyday. Outlet director fell down the stairs drunk and bit a DJ, you read that correctly, and still has a job, mainly due to lack of delegation of tasks to inflate their utility in the company. Additional F&B manager is stoned most days and ignores the outlets and employees. Huge lack of communication throughout the department, huge lack of holding staff accountable for policy violations. For a company that promotes "work culture", the culture is one of general disdain.
