      Collaborative environment. Good vacation, CME benefits.

      Cons

      Nurse practitioners are not allowed to practice at the full level of licensure. There are physicians in the group who prefer not to work with nurse practitioners which makes for a challenging work environment at times. I feel NP's have little voice within my practice group as well as the health system as a whole,.
