Pros

Good benefits and decent pay, diversity and inclusion are important to the company and celebrated throughout the system.

Cons

If you don't work in the Metro, hot topic issues are not discussed with middle and upper management, who is not notified ahead of all employees and management is often left scrambling to explain changes to employees.
