People in Management lack professionalism as they lack leadership skills. Company policies are as such that most Managers focus on cementing their position instead of empowering their team. Growth in company for favorite Saudis is more likely instead of Non-Saudis or Non-favorite Saudis. Means instead of experience and skills of long-term employees, the Management promotes their favorite employees. Also, they are biased towards promoting Saudis whether or not they deserve it or not.
