- New CEO who understands employees needs and is deeply invested in the company's success - Tons of growth, both internal and external - New clients coming on constantly - Flexible schedule (we all work remote) - Really awesome co-workers who love their jobs!

- Very fast moving, you got to keep up - Small workforce - nowhere to hide if you aren't getting your work done - Still working out some kinks and issues from past management (who are no longer with the company) - Working remote = sink or swim. You have to be self motivated to stay on track.

A lot has happened in the past few months, but what matters is how the company has handled it all. I have to say that I've been impressed with our management team and each and every one of my co workers here. We've been able to take a step back and look at our management structure and our company processes to see how we can renew and even completely restructure things. Now, we know what doesn't work and what steps we do need to take. I'm really happy with the foundation that we are re-building and I feel much more confident in management. I definitely feel like management and coworkers have a stronger relationship now. The best part is how we have been able to lean on each other and gain that necessary trust that the company needed. Our CEO has been very transparent and honest. He has definitely reevaluated things and is working hard to help us rebuild an even better foundation. Our culture is also being revived and we've gotten some great new benefits as well. All in all, I feel confident here, I love the people I work with, and I know that this is where I want to be.

There is still a lot we need to work on, but I feel confident that we can do it! We are still working on a couple of departments and what those should look like moving forward, but I'm completely confident that it will be better than it was before.
