Pros
The gals working at the various cafes are a pleasure to deal with. Pinnacle of customer service.
Cons
It's a cult with frosting. You go through a period where they try to brow beat you into compliance with things that don't make sense. They don't understand how to use people, and the bias against people without a bachelors is a real thing. They just won't say it to your face, it's how you're treated...like you simply don't matter. You'll be given the work nobody else wants to do because of this. HR won't help you, they say they will but then stab you in the back. Corporate Integrity (a department) won't help you if HR refuses to help you. Upper management will just say "that hasn't been my experience" - well, of course not, you're sitting in a fancy office all day. Parking is and will continue to be a nightmare that won't be fixed, they don't support remote work, they require the old school "be here at 8AM" culture that nobody else does, they misuse and abuse Lean as an excuse to keep people busy, and the benefits are gated behind red tape: furloughs to force you to use PTO, inability to access everything when you're new, etc etc. And don't get sick, or deities help you.
