Pros

i guess you can say the other employees that were low on the totem pole. met some really great coworkers. also, the garden outside of the office was nice. the fountain was nice as well that was located outside of the office but in the building. That way if you needed to rinse the Dog crap that was sales focus inc off, you could just jump in the fountain Then.

Cons

anyone coming across this s-show of a business needs to go find something else. I guarantee you will find something 10000x better. Software, every software they use is free and it's terrible because nothing works. they don't care About their clients and they don't care about their employees. they're supposed to be a sales outsourcing company but like some of the reviews have stated, the time i was there, i witnessed 0 sales. new employees were brought in just to fail. promises of huge earning potentials and benefits that they will never see the light of. even time off. we were scolded for taking personal time because that meant if the we weren't clocked in at sfi the company couldn't steal money from their clients. they provide no service because it's a fake. it's all a scam. as i mentioned, as long as you're clocked in, they don't care because they're able to charge their clients. Don't even tell people that you had to work 90 days in order to receive anything but that didn't matter because you'd either have quit before then or you'd be fired for doing your job. I witnessed sales representatives that were brought in on day one and just sat there until day 30 or Longer. they were given no training and given no instructions. Do you know why? Because as long as the sales people were there and they were on the clock. Owner can charge the clients all those hours of just sitting there. they wouldn't need to have sales training. they delayed the training in order to get a jump start on charging their clients. i've seen multiple sales people doing literally nothing for days and wondered why. they could have been napping in the middle of the floor and the owner wouldn't have said a word because he was making money. i soon understood as i had just mentioned. they make it impossible for the sales reps to make any commissions so the owner keeps it all even if the sales reps hit their kpis (which are, by the way, impossible to hit). they provide no sales training and they do not help the sales reps succeed at all. 100% turnover on employees in less than 5 months. i advise potential clients and job seekers to stay away. do your research. All these reviews here are not from disgruntled employees. they are from employees who were unfairly treated and they were from past employees like me that felt what they were doing to new employees and clients were wrong. in the end, this is my experience. if you want to take the plunge and skip by these reviews, then that's your choice. you won't like the outcome. good luck.

Pros

Protected by an hourly wage which other d2d employers do not offer, but it's only $16.50 per hour for knocking D2D for 8 hours.

Cons

Commission structure is extremely low and far less than any competitor ($60 per sale vs $200-400 per sale with all other competitors). Poor reporting on sales/installs, with just over 30% of installs accounted for. If you are a top performer, you might make $18-19 per hour (after commissions) if you're lucky.
