Pros

Protected by an hourly wage which other d2d employers do not offer, but it's only $16.50 per hour for knocking D2D for 8 hours.

Cons

Commission structure is extremely low and far less than any competitor ($60 per sale vs $200-400 per sale with all other competitors). Poor reporting on sales/installs, with just over 30% of installs accounted for. If you are a top performer, you might make $18-19 per hour (after commissions) if you're lucky.

Offers some flexibility with schedule

Cons

-False advertising on job postings. Never once received commission that was promised. -Constantly jumping from program to program -Poor management and communication -Claims they offer leads, but never actually saw leads -Zero loyalty. If your program ends and they do not have anything for you, they let you go... -Company culture is terrible

Pros

I appreciate the turnaround for the hiring process and the training. You do get paid for the training and the in-person training.

Cons

I'm not used to working that way anymore so for me having only 30 minutes for lunch clocking any out and having to walk and work on a hard concrete floor because of the type of position just wasn't for me.
