Cons
I regret working here. Sales Inc only wants to work with you if it benefits them. In the past, I've had disagreements with my former boss (we all do) but my former bosses would offer support and guidance. You don't get treated like that working with Sales Inc. In the beginning, Sales Inc will try to sell you the dream job, success stories and preach Christian beliefs about the company. What a joke! Working at Sales Inc you're overworked, low pay/salary (23k per year equals $11 bucks an hour), low commissions, high expectations, high turnover rates, NO work/life balance (working 6 days) and lastly, clients creating hostile work environment. The properties we lease are in bad condition with problems like crime, neighborhood, pests and other issues. We are trained to act professionally but we're being treated disrespectfully (which is never worth any job). At end of the day, leasing agents the ones making this company profitable. I'm glad I left Sales Inc, I got a new job with amazing bosses, better culture and environment.
