      Nothing new to learn, they will just milk you if you have prior work experience (Amazon experience) you are on your own whe you're here. No training, no learning, just milking. Their senior managers are abusive and all this happens under the watch of CEO, I better say under CEO's supervision. They can fire you anytime they want, depends on their mood. There is no corporate structure, it's a dictatorship, everything depends on CEO's mood.

      A good startup to learn things and improve in the field of E-commerce with respect to Amazon

      Cons

      High-level management is difficult to work under. Leadership is highly inconsistent and prone to mood-driven decision-making. Official communications from the top (CEO) often contain inappropriate and unprofessional language. If you value a respectful and stable work culture, think carefully before accepting an offer here
