Pros

SalesRoads has built a very positive and supportive work environment. The pod structure really stands out, as it encourages collaboration, knowledge sharing, and consistent support from both leadership and peers. There is strong communication across teams, and leadership is approachable, engaged, and invested in employee success. Training and coaching are ongoing, which helps employees continue to grow and feel confident in their roles. It’s a great place to develop professionally while being part of a team that genuinely wants to see each other succeed.

Cons

As with any growing organization, there are occasional updates to systems and tools. However, the company is proactive in improving processes and continues to invest in training and support to help teams stay aligned and efficient.

Pros

I can’t say enough pros. Management is beyond great, it has the best management team Ive ever experienced. TDM’s and HR are always thinking of fun things to do, like game day or contest. The understanding you will get from HR is unlike any other company. Also love that you can make your own schedule.

Cons

I really do not have a single one.

Pros

-Fully remote with flexible hours, which makes it easy to balance work and personal life - and time with my dog! -Recent changes have made goals more realistic and attainable, and there’s strong earning potential for both callers and managers through commission -After years of commuting and having to dress up daily, it’s refreshing to work in a relaxed environment that allows you to stay comfortable while still being productive and focused. -Fun culture even in a remote setting - there are optional game days on Zoom where you can connect with coworkers and still get paid for the time. -Every employee receives a monthly $ allowance to recognize and reward others, creating a genuinely supportive culture. -Clear growth opportunities - I started as an SDR and was able to follow a real career path into management, which is something a lot of companies say they offer but don’t actually deliver.

Cons

Dental and vision is available, but other healthcare benefits are limited
