Just keep looking elsewhere. There are so many better opportunities out there.
Pros
That I did not settle and found an amazing job elsewhere. You're in control of your future and you are better than this position.
Cons
When interviewing, I informed them I would need the standard 2 weeks to transition from my old job and then they literally had me start the next day at 6:00 am. When asked to return to my former position to finish up my notice, while they “allowed it” I could tell they were less than understanding. Overall super poor communication. I was offered a certain, schedule with limited flexibility only to find out, 1 week into training that schedule was no longer available and I would have to take it or leave it. I left it. Leaving me with no job. I had already given my notice at my last company. Luckily I found an AMAZING position just that night. Training was so frustrating. While I realize sales positions are high stress the trainer was so negative and had a lot of attitude. She also would sit and vape or smoke over the training recordings so all you could her was her heavy breath. So unprofessional. It really grossed me out. Mute your mic at least. Common sense. I'm so so very happy I kept looking for other work and didn’t give up. This was one of the worst work experiences, I've experienced from the tart. I now have a job that is completely remote, I make my own schedule. I’m compensated nearly triple what was offered with the salesroads position including commission and I don’t have to work with negative people. WoooWhooo. Keep looking!
