Pros

That I did not settle and found an amazing job elsewhere. You're in control of your future and you are better than this position.

Cons

When interviewing, I informed them I would need the standard 2 weeks to transition from my old job and then they literally had me start the next day at 6:00 am. When asked to return to my former position to finish up my notice, while they “allowed it” I could tell they were less than understanding. Overall super poor communication. I was offered a certain, schedule with limited flexibility only to find out, 1 week into training that schedule was no longer available and I would have to take it or leave it. I left it. Leaving me with no job. I had already given my notice at my last company. Luckily I found an AMAZING position just that night. Training was so frustrating. While I realize sales positions are high stress the trainer was so negative and had a lot of attitude. She also would sit and vape or smoke over the training recordings so all you could her was her heavy breath. So unprofessional. It really grossed me out. Mute your mic at least. Common sense. I'm so so very happy I kept looking for other work and didn’t give up. This was one of the worst work experiences, I've experienced from the tart. I now have a job that is completely remote, I make my own schedule. I’m compensated nearly triple what was offered with the salesroads position including commission and I don’t have to work with negative people. WoooWhooo. Keep looking!

Pros

You get to work at home.

Cons

Just about everything else. I thought they were unrpofessional, unorganized, and although the impression they want to give is truly exceptional people and management, the pay is bottom barrel and the perks are non existant.

Thank you for your feedback. We hope you also voiced these concerns and any others you may have had in your exit interview as we take the feedback of our employees extremely seriously to maintain and build a strong positive working environment. We do understand the work at SalesRoads does require tenacity, dedication and sales skills to be successful. Our employees have a guaranteed hourly base plus performance based bonuses for each appointment booked. The incentive bonuses are fair and proven to be attainable. Several employees continually double or triple the quota month after month. Those who consistently produce results for our clients enjoy the work and continue long-term, and we are pleased to say that our average employee has been with the company for greater than three years, which is 300% better than the industry average length of employment. Part of the satisfaction that our employees feel comes from the fact that unlike most in the outsourced sales industry who contract their sales people, SalesRoads employs our teams with W-2 employees, and we encourage feedback from the teams to implement positive changes. SalesRoads' training programs teach executives how to add value through honest presentations and a conversational sales approach. Lying to achieve a goal is intolerable and never rewarded, as it will not only waste a prospect's time, but harm the credibility of our business partners and of SalesRoads.
