We do understand the work at SalesRoads does require tenacity, dedication and sales skills to be successful. Our employees have a guaranteed hourly base plus performance based bonuses for each appointment booked. The incentive bonuses are fair and proven to be attainable. Several employees continually double or triple the quota month after month. Those who consistently produce results for our clients enjoy the work and continue long-term, and we are pleased to say that our average employee has been with the company for greater than three years, which is 300% better than the industry average length of employment. Part of the satisfaction that our employees feel comes from the fact that unlike most in the outsourced sales industry who contract their sales people, SalesRoads employs our teams with W-2 employees, and we encourage feedback from the teams to implement positive changes.
SalesRoads' training programs teach executives how to add value through honest presentations and a conversational sales approach. Lying to achieve a goal is intolerable and never rewarded, as it will not only waste a prospect's time, but harm the credibility of our business partners and of SalesRoads.
