Pros
I've worked at Salesfusion for nearly 2 years. We've had growing pains (as any other start-up would) and we've learned along the way. It truly has been a noticeable change in company climate (in a very good way) with the new CEO change late last year. You will have your opinion heard here and have the opportunity to chase down whatever project you'd like to dedicate your time to. You will be encouraged to step out of your comfort zone and learn more about all facets of the operation. Collaboration here is strong.
If you stay on top of your work and maintain a positive attitude, you will really enjoy working here.
Outside of job aspect, we have an awesome team to work with. Daily fooseball games, beer on tap, snack wall, bean bags (that are doing more than collecting dust), music playing that you can pick (just please go light on the Tom Jones), breakfast on Tuesday, lunch on Thursday.
Cons
On the growing pains front, we have made strides in who we are, and we can continue to improve here. The information that was horded between departments is starting to flow more, but could always be improved upon.
