Pros
Honestly, no pros at all
Cons
Fake positive reviews warning: First of all, don’t trust positive reviews. I personally saw higher management asking SDE-2/HR to post fake reviews just to boost Glassdoor ratings. • No proper onboarding: No training, no product knowledge, no guidance. You’re just thrown into work with random tasks. • Extreme micromanagement: Constant screenshots and activity tracking. Even 1 minute idle marks you inactive. • Salary deductions based on tracking: Their flawed system can mark you inactive and directly affect your salary. • Toxic work environment: No trust in employees. Feels like surveillance instead of a workplace. • Poor communication: Internal chats are messy and unstructured. No clarity on tasks or responsibilities. • Privacy issues: Management reportedly monitors internal chats, which feels invasive. • Unrealistic expectations: Targets are set without proper support, tools, or training. • No feedback culture: No guidance or improvement plan — just sudden termination. • Job insecurity: Can be removed anytime without warning. • Stressful reporting structure: I was directly reporting to a senior person who was related to the owner (“Chachu supremacy” situation), which made the experience highly stressful. • No work-life balance: Frequent pressure to work on weekends. Personal time is not respected.
