Pros

The company offers strong products and the opportunity to work alongside talented colleagues. It can be an environment that accelerates skill development, as employees are often required to be resourceful, adaptable, and take on responsibilities beyond their formal role. Those willing to wear multiple hats will likely develop a broad skill set and gain valuable experience that you may hopefully apply to a better role outside of this organization.

Cons

My experience at this company was consistently disappointing. While leadership shifts took place, from turnover of all divisional managers, the CFO, up to the CEO, problems did not really improve. The company imposes unrealistic targets and KPIs without providing the necessary support or investment in its employees or customers. Inventory issues are rampant, so sales reps are penalized for hitting targets they can’t control. These shortages frustrate customers and directly impact commissions, yet the company refuses to adjust or acknowledge these realities. The company recently laid off several employees under false pretences, and hiring promises are misleading. Turnover is extremely high, and the overall working environment is negative and unstable. The pay structure is constantly shifting. I would strongly advise prospective employees to look elsewhere for a healthier and more supportive workplace.
