      Flexibility, some holidays we close early, opportunities to move up sometimes

      Cons

      Not enough pay, still open on holidays, no raises, only benefits for full-time, no safety regulations, poor communication, outdated technology and systems

      Co Workers, clients, products, and hours.

      Cons

      Management (micromanagement I should say.) Toxic culture. Expected to do tasks well outside of job description without pay or recognition.
