Pros

This company truly stands out as an incredible place to work. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here! The colleagues are not only exceptionally skilled but also great to be around. The work is both interesting and diverse, and the atmosphere in the office is light, fun, and really enjoyable. Everyone is dedicated and works hard, but there's also a great balance of fun, with Tom & Jerry playing in the kitchen, table tennis tournaments, Friday evening events, plenty of treats and lunch at the office, and an overall positive vibe that keeps everyone in good spirits! Thank you for this and so many more!

Cons

Everything about this experience has been fantastic—there’s really nothing to criticize.

Pros

Only a handful of competent employees, who are basically workplace superheroes without capes.

Cons

If you’ve ever dreamt of a career where your main KPI is the art of cheek-kissing, congratulations, you've found your calling! The company proudly offers unlimited smoking breaks, presumably because productivity is so last season. As for communication, you’ll enjoy a cutting-edge gossip network run by the Chief Pretend Officer & Co. They advertise a “free-speech, great-ideas” environment, which naturally, doesn’t exist. Financially, the place is aggressively vintage. Think museum-grade budgeting. Salary raises are symbolic gestures, best suited for dwarfs. HR? A fascinating collection of individuals whose core competencies include gaslighting workshops, passive-aggressive communication, and hiring their mates. Those glowing online reviews? Ah yes, it's the team’s extracurricular creative-writing practice. The only way to escape is by running down the stairs, because the elevator reached the retirement age and you can get stuck on your way to freedom.

Pros

-The company works in a fascinating industry with a lot of untapped potential. -There are some truly smart and capable people here who are committed to doing good work. -New policies are being introduced to bring more structure around things like remote work, sick leave, and compensation. These changes seem aimed at creating more clarity and consistency, but yet to be seen. -The focus on accountability is starting to show, and there’s a sense that performance is becoming more valued.

Cons

-The company is clearly in transition, and not all changes are being received well — some employees seem resistant, which creates tension. -Leadership at the top feels misaligned, and decisions can take a long time to be made, which slows progress. -Communication around the changes could be improved. It’s not always clear why certain decisions are made or what the long-term direction is. -Some of the recent shifts in policy have sparked frustration, though they don’t seem to negatively affect those who are performing well.
